YOGA in Northumberland County

The principles of this particular form of yoga, created by Vanda Scaravelli, constitute 'the ground the breath and the spine.' As our awareness of those three principles grows, so do our postures and our daily connectedness with our bodies will evolve. Preparation towards the posture is highly emphasized with the realization that postures are life-long journeys that create space, not only within our bodies, but also within our minds.

Mondays (At Mystic Roots), Cobourg: Are done in 10 or 10+ sessions over the 4 seasons, at $14.50 per class. 5:30-7:15 pm class. All level classes.

Tuesdays (At Ganaraska Freestyle Karate), Port Hope: Are done in 10 or 10+ sessions over the 4 seasons, at $14.50 per class. 7-8:45 am class and 10:15-12 noon class. All level classes. 

Wednesdays (At Body Balanced), Cobourg: Are done in 10 or 10+ sessions over the 4 seasons, at $14.50 per class. 5:30-7:15 pm class. All level classes. 

Thursdays Mystic Roots, Cobourg: Are done in 10 or 10+ sessions over the 4 seasons, at $14.50 per class.  1:00pm - 2:45pm Intermediate/Beginner 
5:45pm - 7:30pm Intermediate/Beginner

Fridays (Out of Ganaraska Freestyle Karate), Port Hope: Are done in 10 or 10+ sessions over the 4 seasons, at $14.50 per class. 7-8:45 am class and 10:15-12 noon class. All level classes. 

Drop-in classes are available if there is room at $16 a class. Please call a day ahead for availability.
